Due to my awesomeness in working out, I think I have strained my thigh muscle.
I have been sooo sore for days since trying the sparkly new workout, well
ok
since Tuesday.
but the pain in one thigh isn't going away despite my "relaxing" light workouts and lots of stretching and hot baths, it still hurts.
But getting better.

I didn't think I was doing anything too different than before, but I suppose the new ways of lunging or something overdid me.
So I really have no fun news.
I am going to WW tomorrow morning!
*squeal*
I'll give ya all the goods bright n early Wednesday morning.
I am getting tatted on Saturday then taking Monday and Tuesday off work to chill.
Maybe get some crafty stuff done.
