I just haad to join in this one.
I feel left out if I don't include myself in everything! lol..
So this month, March, I am making my goal to run five miles a week. At least.
I am going to try to do a triathlon in May and need to train for that so I don't hurt myself, or others. ;)

That seems pretty simple.
I will log my times and miles on my phone, since I always have it with me.
EEEhhh I'm so excited!
I'm gonna go check out everyone else's challenges and stalk some more blogs!
