I just found this awesome new doohickey.. I love gadgets.. although I am not so good at remembering to use them..
I love this app.. I have it on my phone too!!
Anyways.. I made a goal (on Fitblogger) to run(jog) five miles a week.. I think this will help..
log your run is amazing!
I hope I remember to use it every time :)
I have already clocked in a couple miles this week.. but not quite sure exactly how many.
