I AM crazy, right?
So.. I am going to enter this challenge on fitblogger..
Every week for the next 12 weeks, you make a goal for yourself about being more active, eating better, whatever works for you. Each week, you can pick a new goal or keep working on the one from the week before. You know yourself best and what areas of your health need attention so you make your goals, not us. (However, we do have a handy 12 week weight training program that would work nicely ;))
You only need one goal and it can be whatever you like, except weight loss specifically. (If you’d like the full explanation as to why, please read that post here.)
You write a post about your progress and just for working towards those goals, you’ll be entered in to win an M2, lifestyle activity coach to help you achieve your goals! We’re giving away one, every week and one at the end of the challenge, that’s 13 M2’s in all!
