Mileage challenge complete!

I made a goal last month.. to run 5  miles a week.

Well...
I totally surpassed that goal..

Run Distance 33.16 miles
Run Time 7:57
Bike Distance 11.25 miles
Bike time 50 minutes
Cross Distance 3.15 miles
Cross time 3:15 minutes

not too shabby for a flubby girl with a crapped out body!
