I'm feeling a little defeated this morning..
I haven't been so diligent about tracking my points.. and
the busy ass week has kept me from my usual twice daily workouts.

Am I scared for tomorrow's weigh in?

hell yes!

I haven't had my usual 100 ounces of daily water for the majority of the week either.

There are lots of things I haven't done this week that I had set out to do.

I'm feeling like a failure.. although I am still on target for my points. I don't use my weekly allowance. Or usually my activity points.
But I just feel like I am not going to do well tomorrow.


Why am I so worried?

O.k what's done is done!! So for right now grab a glass of water and drink it down. Have you planned your eats for the rest of the day??
When your walking around today maybe take a little bit of longer route to get to where your going??
Oops time for some more water :)
You can do it, take it one hour/one meal at a time. Maybe tell yourself now eating until i drink a glass of water?? Hope this helps, "hugs"

Thank you so much Suzi! I just filled my bottle and plan on guzzling all day! :) I have my plan all day yay!
I'm just having an anxiety moment about it!!

Everybody worries about the weigh-in! It feels like it's "life changing" LOL.'s just a moment. Just a day. On bad weeks, I like to sit down with a piece of paper and write out my wins for the week-what I'm proud of-what I did well. Then, whatever the weigh-in results, I suck it up and say, "OK, I know what my goal is for next week: Do MORE things well. It'll all pay off in the end. Sometimes, over a month you'll lose 4 pounds, though for 1 week NOTHING or worse, a gain. It evens out if you just keep moving forward.
